Be mindful in all things

Remember that the only constant

In this allusion is  impermanence

Clinging to the activity flow

Is like embracing and ice statue

It makes me uncomfortable

And accelerates the change

It's a hopeless situation

Take hope in your hopelessness

When there is nothing to lose but everything

And the only variable is when

Why get an attitude about any of this

It's all just mind wash 

Just the instant by instant unfolding

One more opportunity for pain and suffering

Or joy and learning
