Life on earth now

These last few days I crawled out of a

Dark cloud of depression

That I created by improper use of

My head

From now on I will always stay in

Gratitude 

The whole purpose of this freak show

Is my training

Or more accurately my retraining 

I will stay sharp and responded

Fully to the next thing

Or just watch it

And get depressed
