Willpower 35

The art and habit of
Getting whatever this is
That calls itself I
To do things it doesn't what to do
Fitness works better than fatness
The evidence is conclusive
But it still takes willpower daily 
To eat sensibly and exercise
Or tension , anger and impatiens
Again it takes willpower to
To convert these unwholesome states to
Relaxed, grateful good humor
Remembering how quickly I'll be dead forever
Inspires me use my willpower to do my best
Willpower is like muscle power
The more I use it the stronger it gets
