All  played a role in my training

For the last 50 years

I have been working on

Retraining myself

To experience

Gratitude and goodwill 

By studying, eating well

Exercising, meditating ,journaling,

Getting enough sleep

And staying hydrated

It's work so far

What ever it takes

To keep me
