Skinny or fat – rich or poor

Well read or well watched

Death to all 

So in these few brief moments

Before my final resolve

I can practice and acquire

Many useful skills

Thorough chewing – good posture

Present moment awareness

Kindness and compassion

For all creatures

Continual learning and good works

To what end
