 We are what we 
 Repeatedly do
Excellence is not an act
But a habit

Habits can support our
Well being
Or destroy us
The best way I have found to
Get free of a destructive habit
Is to replace it with a
Supportive one
I replaced smoking cigarettes
With deep breathing and mindfulness
Oreo cookies with apples
 Dairy products with nuts and seeds 
We create our habits
And our habits create our
Destiny

 We are what we 
 Repeatedly do
