 It's not what 
We know
It's what we can
Remember
When we need to know it

I know that deep breathing
 And good posture
Are of value
It's always better to listen
Then to interrupt someone
With some great gems of wisdom
Or profound insight
Remember
I will sit or stand straight
Breathe deeply and listen
Ask questions
And chew my food thoroughly

 It's not what
