Make the coffee, feed the dog, 

Eat breakfast, empty the dishwasher,

Exercise. watch the news & then go to work

OR

Write for an hour and a half

Practice the piano for one hour

Sketch out your next painting 

Take time while there is

Still time

Creativity is a habit
