 Great insights fade

As the present

Rushes into the

Past

40 years ago I learned

The many values of

Deep diaphragmatic breathing

I put signs up all over my

Little world

BREATH

And still there is a lot of shallow 

Chest breathing

This is symbolic of meany insights

Listen don't talk so much except

When I'm talking to someone

Anger is a destructive waste of energy

Except when the dog barks his head off

Eating too much causes fatness

Except when I'm eating

But there's still hope

I seem to be listening and chewing 

A little more lately

All is well
