Illusion

As I grew up I learned a lot

Thought I was a real hotshot

Decades past

Nothing last

Now it's easy for me to see

How quickly I will cease to be

All my stuff liquidated

All my dreams terminated

Make the most of the time that's left

Don't waste any  on being bereft
