We make many decisions every day
That play a part in our decay
A can of this a bag of that
Before you know it we're big and fat
Angry thoughts and lots of tension
Create a lot more then apprehension
They change our blood & disturb our sleep
Sometimes they even make us weep
Question all that you thinking do
A long healthy life is up to you
