I'll Pause and

Think about what I'm

Thinking about

I think and think the whole day through

But rarely question what's untrue

Like background noise at a busy station

It plays all day without observation

Once in a while I may pay attention 

And then there might  be some comprehension

There's lots of talk about meditation

As the pathway to quick liberation

From all of this noise and random chatter

I'll choose the few things that really matter

I'll Pause and

Think about what I'm
