Awakening ?

For 80 years I blundered around 

Suddenly everything seems so profound 

The smallest thing is a really big treat

Like sanding the dead skin off of my feet 

The days flash by at an incredible rate 

Ever closer to my ultimate fate 

Joy and learning are always at hand

This miraculous journey was totally unplanned
