All of what I say and do
And everything that I pursue
Are lost in time and have no meaning
Alive right now but I'm careening
Like all living things to a transformation
And maybe some kind of revelation
Now the coffee's good & the fire's hot
I can't believe I'll get dead and rot
It's true I know but I'm alive right now
To be grateful, joyous & eat healthy chow
