Awareness

Is the gateway

Of change

Most Americans consume

Sugar and chemically enhanced

“ Food”products with no concern

For the possible health consequences

I did too

But as I read and studied I

Became aware of the consequences

And I changed

I thought tension and depression

Were just a natural part of being alive

But as I read the works of

Krishnamurti,Carlos Castaneda

Ram Dass,Gurdjieff &Robert DeRopp

I began to understand that was not true

And I changed 

Question everything

Awareness

Is the gateway

Of change
