What has been will never change
It's only now that we can exchange
Our time for learning and wealth
Good works, fitness and health
Both past and future are thoughts in the now
We can learn from the past & our future endow
With joy, gratitude and maybe some learning
That will keep my enthusiasm burning
Live in the present try to do your best work
Stay calm and patient don't go berserk
